Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

Damage or contamination of the goods must be avoided. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in the buyer's possession, another suitable packaging should be used in order to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage caused by inadequate packaging.
As soon as the return has been received and checked by the seller, the purchase price will be refunded.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

8. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights.
